Bicycles are no longer a sporting tool but an alternative transportation for motorized vehicles that available at several strategic points that can be reached by pedestrians. The convenience offered by this bike-sharing service provider is to support the full activity of each person without depending on motorized vehicles and facilitate mobility because they do not need to bring their own bicycle or find a parking space because the stations have spread in various locations. Through this research, it is expected to be able to build a bicycle rental system that is reliable and computerized, able to accommodate payment transactions that are easy, fast and safe without using cash, which called contactless payment methods and generating rental and payment reports that are precise and accurate for company's financial reporting purposes. This study using PIECES analysis as a problem analysis to get an overview of the problems and risks and the Spiral development method where several repetitions are carried out so that it can produce applications that are in accordance with user expectations and needs.

Many college students living away from home do not own any transport vehicle which makes it difficult for them to commute between classes, cafeteria, ground, sports arena, etc. Although walking has been proven good for health, it's still time-consuming. An alternative for this is 'bicycles'. It is more time-efficient, burns more calories, and increases lower body strength. Other than the above mentioned, opting for bicycles over pollution causing automobiles also helps to reduce the harmful pollutant gases. It is possible to rent a bicycle through a bicycle rental service. For short distances, bicycle rental schemes provide a low-effort and environmentally friendly mode of transportation. This removes the need of buying a new bicycle and makes it affordable to a wider population. It reduces the maintenance time and cost, which would be required of a bicycle owner. Mobility as a Service is a service conception to achieve the intelligent transportation system. Its aims to improve the travel experience. In one platform, it connects various transportation modes to offer service and users only need to pay in one time for the whole travel. But the single MaaS platform easily faces the problems such as low user traffic, low retention rate and the access to markets of the this service is still unfound. From the perspective of bicycle-sharing, this research makes the MaaS concept into bicycle-sharing to build a better service model. The bicycle-sharing combine with the MaaS concept is innovative in business model, travel model and service architecture. In addition, this research also tests users' expectations for service model. The proposed project is “ONLINE RENTAL SYSTEM” that provides customers an easy way to finding rooms, and vehicles on rent online. It overcomes the problem of manually finding rooms, and vehicles on rent in particular areas that unnecessary consumes time. Hence this project offers a web based rental system where users can view various utilities near them. Users can search for rental homes and rental cars in various locations by neighborhood or region, along with driving directions using Google Maps. With the current paradigm shift in technology, there is an urgent need to embrace and appreciate the power of technology. This helps users to register and find the perfect rental home or property and vehicle. You can also find the closest rental search view in your target area. This website has been developed to meet all your needs from buying property to selling property to renting/leasing property. Users have the option to upload room details (if they are landlords) along with appropriate photos and search for available rooms (if they want to be renters). Customers can also use the system to rent vehicles such as bicycles and scooters. The client should either create a backup account or log into the system with the created account before proceeding. You can then read the available vehicle and rooms at each branch and create reservation for the same. This method is useful for administrators as well as customers.

Due to insufficient attention paid to the bicycle sharing system infrastructure, a lack of culturalization on its proper usage as well as poor planning of construction, preservation, and development of this system, the present study was carried out to represent a functional model for developing a bicycle sharing system in Shiraz, a populated city located in the Southwest of Iran. The present study also is a fundamental research in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of data collection and was carried out by applying the data-based theory method. Data collection tool was a semi-structured in-depth interview. Snowball technique as a purposeful sampling was used for a statistical population including experts and professionals. The data were analyzed by using open, axial and selective coding to extract the final pattern. The final model consists of a set of axial categories, causal conditions, and essential contexts, confounding variables, strategies and consequences of the bicycl.
